Yes, SocrateRM uses the AWS cloud infrastructure, serverless, and packaging and delivery are done using AWS services, which allows SocrateRM to benefit from the security provided by AWS. Data storage and transit are encrypted. The access to the application is authenticated, based on user/password or using Google Single Sign On, and authorization to access data is based on roles.
BITSoftware uses the Secure by Design approach and industry best practices for all its solutions. BITSoftware also complies with the requirements of the information security management system, being ISO 27001 certified.

By accessing User Management in the application menu, you can easily add as many users as you want to your team at any time. You will be able to specify for each user the role you want him to have, in order to ensure that everyone has access to the appropriate features and information. You can find more details about users, roles, and access rights in the Help section in the application menu.

Payment is based on a prepaid annual subscription. You will receive an invoice that you will be able to pay by bank transfer.
